Information from connected tools

When you connect a workspace (Slack, Notion, etc.), our agents may access messages, pages, tasks, and other content within the scope you authorize. This access is used solely to operate agents on your behalf. We do not access content outside the permissions you grant.

Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps
Device information — browser type, operating system, screen size
IP address and approximate location

We use Google Analytics to collect website usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies to track interactions. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out extension.

2. How we use your information

To operate and improve the service
To run AI agents within your connected workspaces
To communicate with you about your account and the service
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues

We do not use your workspace content to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Service providers — hosting, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf
Connected platforms — data sent to Slack, Notion, and other tools as part of agent operations
Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Workspace data accessed by agents is processed in real-time and not stored beyond what is necessary for agent operation. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
